Coaching

Utilizing the Gallup Strengthsfinder 2.0 methodology and tools, Cobalt’s Gallup-certified Strengths Coaches provide tailored coaching services for individuals and groups. Theme Insights debriefing sessions, as well as short- and long-term coaching engagements, are uniquely designed for every client and can be integrated into project-based work when requested.

Project Management Services

Through a management services framework, Cobalt Group has created a platform for working in priority areas with regional impact, specifically entrepreneurship, business and job creation/growth, housing, education/youth development, transportation/public infrastructure, health, community services and the environment. One of our core competencies is guiding strategic visioning and moving planning into implementation.

Public-Private Partnerships

Cobalt Group also regularly provides services for long-term public-private partnerships, and utilizes an iterative strengths-based approach with clients to assist them with issue/opportunity identification, policy research and design, process design, and robust project management services for implementation of strategic objectives. 

Planning

Our broad and diverse planning experience in industry, public and nongovernmental sectors provides our clients with deep insight into how to create context to plan intentionally and move into implementation quickly. Another Cobalt Group core competency is leading/supporting diverse planning and investment projects that allow us to align and maximize client resources to produce tangible results.

Leading Long-term Initiatives

On a select basis, Cobalt will engage in long-term projects and serve as an “owner’s representative” with technology projects and facilities investment initiatives. In these situations, members of the Cobalt team are primarily engaged to assist clients with strategic thinking/doing, public/private partnership design, creation of sources and uses budgets that leverage multiple funding sources, proposal/prospectus writing, land use and zoning changes, community relations, and other legal/regulatory/compliance issues.
