Cobalt Group is proud to bring Inner Circle to Cleveland.  Inner Circle  is a peer advisory service for owners and leaders in business.

The peer circle approach for business owners is a powerful and cost effective strategy that serves the role of a board of advisors and much more.

Peer-to-peer circles are made up of a trusted group of your peers, people in the “same boat” as you; a group of colleagues you can relate to because you share the unique experience of leading a business. Peer circles are made up of non-competing business leaders that meet regularly to share advice that works, to learn from each others experiences, and to gain outside perspectives on issues that matter most.

Inner Circle Cleveland offers facilitated peer-to-peer circles that hold each member accountable for identifying and working toward achieving a personal vision and annual goals. Inner Circle works with members individually and in peer-to-peer circle sessions, supporting business leaders in making the life they want to live, happen.

Additional benefits of peer-to-peer circles are: expanding members’ professional and social networks, staying connected to current business trends, learning from other experts, receiving honest feedback and support, and discovering one’s own untapped potential.

Participation in a confidential facilitated 3-hour Inner Circle breakfast meetings once a month;

One-on-one coaching of your business/personal Vision Quest which helps clarify immediate and longer-term business and personal goals;
